With the help of our kind friend “Ferro,” a famous expert of herbs and wide plants we pick up and cook the best elements that the generous nature gives us in our valleys, from taraxacum to “radicchio dell’orso,” from “comedole” to “squinzoi,” from the mountain asparagus to the nettles, from mushrooms to wide fruits. Personally picking up the wild herbs with the assistance of an expert is possible during some excursions, which we propose our guests.
